Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
